Senan Connell was an Irish Gaelic footballer from Dublin. He played his club football for Na Fianna on Dublins Northside.
When he was a regular for Dublin, he played at either half-forward or right half-forward. Senan was part of the Leinster Senior Football winning Dublin sides in 2002[1] and 2005. Connell won the Dublin football championship with his club Na Fianna in 1999 against St Brigids and went on to win the Leinster Club football championship only to be eventually defeated in the All-Ireland club final against Crossmaglen Rangers of Armagh.[2] Senan was announced as player of the tournament in the 2003 All-Ireland Sevens final against Aghada of Cork despite finishing the 2003 final on the losing side.
